Take extra measures to ensure your vote counts please!

In past elections, some people received ballots for two different districts. Ponca voters should receive only one ballot. There have been issues in the past elections with expired postage stamps, color coding missing, and more than one ballot sent due to errors of the election committee putting the wrong candidate names on the ballots for distrticts. They sent out new ballots when this happened, but some people have returned the wrong ballots leading to a spoiled ballot in this situation. The ballots are due to be received October 1st. Please pay attention to the instructions, names on the ballot, color coding, and the date on the return envelope's postage.

Extra measures are required to protect your vote. It is suggested that voters should take a picture of their ballot filled out, and the outside of the return envelope. This will come in handy if there are signs of issues with the election again this year. Hopefully voters do not have to come forward with the evidence of their vote.
